Q.  How do I take care of my bags?
A.  Our bags may be professionally dry cleaned unless labeled "Wash Only".  If your bag is only slightly soiled from the natural oils on your hands, we suggest you purchase fabric or upholstery cleaner at a market or drug store and follow the directions for use.

Q.  What do I do if my dog or cat eats my bag handles or I break a handle?
A.   If your bag has wood handles, call 1-800-759-9469 and order a replacement.

Q.  How do you ship my order?
A.   We ship your bag(s) in 7 business days or less via UPS Ground.  If you are in a hurry, you may request 2nd day or next day air shipping.

Q. May I have my bag made with my fabric?
A. Yes - but - We reserve the right to refuse your request if the fabric does not lend itself to our manufacturing process.  Because of additional time required to manufacture a single bag the price would be higher.
