Toby Weston Handbags fully respects your privacy and personal information. Your information is only accessed in order to process your order and to make queries about your order upon your request. Your personal information is NOT sold or NEVER rented to any third party.

RETURN POLICY

1) Your Toby Weston bags are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. If you discover a problem, return the bag to us in the original shipping container within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will repair or replace it, at our option, and credit your shipping charges for the return.

2) If, for any other reason than indicated above, and within 15 days of receipt you wish to return your bag, you may send it back to us and we will refund the price of the bag, BUT NOT THE SHIPPING CHARGES, provided that the bag is in original condition and in the original shipping container.

3) If, within fifteen (15) days of receipt, you wish to exchange the bag, we will send you another bag of your choice and we will charge you for shipping only, provided that the returned bag is in original condition and in the original shipping container.

4) All Extra Large bags are custom made therefore we will require a 15% restocking fee on all returns of XL bags.
